Growing cellular construction company located in Madison, WI is looking for full time, experienced tower foremen, lead hands & tower technicians in the Illinois/Wisconsin markets. Experience in any of the offered positions is important but we do hire motivated individuals without tower experience as well. We offer great pay, health/dental benefits, 401k, vacation and paid holidays as well as a significant signing bonus and referral bonuses as well. We have 3 to 4 in-house tower crews that work out of our Madison, WI shop. Often times we work out of town during the week which you'll receive a cash per diem, per night for but we don't go out for weeks at a time. We pride ourselves on being able to send everybody home for the weekend. If you don’t live locally and we are working local to Madison, you’d still get a per diem to stay in town. We are going to be extremely busy over the next 2-3 years and we would like to add quality tower techs to our company.
