Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you will engage with potential customers directly, representing our brand and presenting our products/services in a compelling manner. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers within designated territories.
  2. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  3. Actively listen to customer feedback and objections, providing solutions and building rapport to close sales.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, appointments, and outcomes, using our CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
  6. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-improvement initiatives.
  7. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times, adhering to ethical business practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales capacity, is advantageous but not required.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  3. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  5. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or related fields is a plus.
  7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
