We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Assignment would be temporary through mid/end of October with the possibility of conversion.

  • 30 hours per week (no less than 25)
  • 10am-4:30pm

Here are the details of this position:

 

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Invoicing
  • Credit and Collections
  • Deposits
  • Cash applications
  • Setting up customer
  • Setting up vendor
  • Payments
  • Verifying invoices against purchase orders
  • Employee expense reimbursement through Expensify
  • Preparing and examining financial documents
  • Checking/sorting mail daily
  • Other projects as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of Microsoft GP Dynamics software preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills & interpersonal skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Associate’s degree, or 2 years relevant experience and/or working toward an associate degree in business or accounting.
