For the last 30 years our natural health care facility, located in the South Bay has been in business dedicated to helping our patients suffer less and live more. We are a warm, caring, friendly, busy office looking to fill a full time position for front desk, back office, and administrative duties in our growing office. The staff person we are looking for is friendly, energetic, fun to work with, has a positive mental attitude with mature communication skills both verbal and written.

Duties will include:
• Greeting patients with a warm and genuine smile
• Answering phones with energy and enthusiasm.
• Work closely with the doctors to manage office efficiency, flow and
quality of customer care.
• Billing, and front desk collections
• Scheduling, and patient recalls
• Formulating letters
• Tracking patient visits, office statistics, goal setting for the
office, and making sure the kids and families that come in feel the
warmth of our office and get that extra personal touch.

Requirements
* Must be energetic, personable and excited about helping people suffer less.
• Typing, Computer skills (working knowledge of microsoft word and excel)
* Problem solving, and multitasking ability are necessary skills.
* The hours are mon-thursday + (occasionally if needed) Sat mornings for 2hrs. Please do not apply if you cannot work these hours. Never more than 40 hours a week.

Customer service is central to the delivery of care in our office and we strive to give every patient the “WOW” experience, so our ideal person really has to care about the quality of his/her work and enjoy being part of an excellent product

You will enjoy our up-beat positive goal-oriented environment, and will love getting to know the fantastic families that come in for care. You will attend paid seminars for motivation training and self-enrichment, and you will get the added benefit of excellent health care for yourself. You will be compensated very well in salary (Minimum $25/Hr training first 90 days) (min. 50K/yr + bonuses after 90 days), health insurance, 401K and paid vacation.
