Position Summary: As a Facilities Coordinator at Stansell, you will support the Facilities Manager in overseeing atypical projects for our national restaurant clients. Services that we coordinate and encompass the entire facility including site and building elements associated with all trades.  These projects can range in size and scope.  As the title indicates the scope will generally deal with the facility but typically will not involve the restaurant equipment repairs.  However, we may assist the kitchen equipment with installation and logistics.

We work with highly respected national restaurant clients and professionalism and high standards for client interaction are crucial.  Our culture is Customer Focused

Responsibilities:

While working closely with the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the successful completion of atypical construction remodel and/or repair projects and customer satisfaction, with an emphasis on:

  • Communication: With clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teal on appropriate project information and updates as directed by the Facilities Manager.
  • Customer Service: Support the development and maintenance of client and construction partner relationships, ensuring they feel supported throughout the project.
  • Organization & Coordination: Aid in the review and analysis of project drawings and documents, track project costs and profitability, and help coordinate various tasks to support successful project outcomes.

Position Requirements:

  • 1-2 years project management experience is preferred or similar experience.
  • 4-year college degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to read plans with a strong working knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and processes is required.
  • Experience with managing and scheduling outside subcontractors.
  • Must be a solution orientated, outside-the-box thinker.
  • The ideal candidate will be service-oriented with a dedication to providing a "Better Construction Experience" for our clients.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, resourceful, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Adaptability and flexibility are key attributes for this position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Regular and timely communication is one of the cornerstones for Facilities' success.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
  • Monitors the project schedule and proactively anticipates and manages project delays.
  • Assists in promoting work and future opportunities by providing quality service and support.
  • Some travel is required.
  • Strong problem resolution skills.
  • Procore and Sage 100 knowledge a plus.
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Upholds professional stability and dedication.
  • Genuine relationship building internally and externally.
