Job DescriptionJob Description

You will play a crucial role in helping our organization build a diverse and inclusive workforce that can effectively communicate and engage with clients and customers across various linguistic backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source and attract multilingual candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' language proficiency, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each position.
  5. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and language schools to expand the candidate pool.
  6. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  8. Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining diverse talent.
  10. Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice for multilingual professionals.
