 Office Manager with Marketing Expertise

Job Description:

Position Summary: The Office Manager will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office while also spearheading our marketing efforts. This dual-role position requires a candidate who is not only organized and efficient but also creative and strategic in their marketing approach. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both office management and marketing principles, with a proven track record of bringing in new business and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:

    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
    • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Assist in HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

  2. Marketing:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
    • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
    • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into clients.
    • Manage the company’s online presence, including website content and social media profiles.

  3. Technical Knowledge:

    • Understand the technical aspects of Generic Generator Systems BR series and Cutler and Hammer panels.
    • Provide technical support and information to clients and team members as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical systems and applications.

  4. Video and Audio Controls:

    • Utilize video and audio tools to create engaging marketing content.
    • Produce and edit videos for promotional purposes.
    • Manage webinars, virtual events, and online presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management and marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, particularly Generic Generator Systems BR series and Cutler and Hammer panels.
  • Proficiency in video and audio production tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
