The Rabb Law Firm, PLLC is seeking an experienced legal assistant or paralegal to join a great team in our Bozeman office.
This role will be within our landlord/tenant practice. Duties associated with this position will include the following:
- Intake and review of incoming documents
- Calendaring deadlines associated with active litigation matters
- Preparing drafts of basic motions, notices, and proposed orders
- Delegation of tasks to appropriate staff and attorneys for document preparation
- Management and oversight of active litigation matters to ensure deadlines are satisfied
- Assisting attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials
Ideal applicants will have at least 1 year of experience in litigation.
