Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all communication within an assigned portfolio of communities
  • Planning and coordination of meetings per contract
  • Ensuring community AP and budget prep is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all work order requests are completed and follow up provided to the board members.
  • Enforce deed restrictions of the community via compliance review
  • Other tasks may be required in addition to the above for the communities assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years previous experience in Homeowners Association property management is required.
  • Ability to build rapport with board and community members
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Occasional night availability for community meetings is required.
