This individual will work in a fast-paced role responsible for communicating with vendors, residents, as well as property owners. He or she will be monitoring and scheduling maintenance work orders.
Develop, refine, and effectively implement excellent telephone and personal skills. Maintain thorough records. Special projects or additional duties assigned by the supervisor that are essential for the operations of the property.
Assist with interviewing and hiring potential cleaners and maintenance technicians, as well as scheduling and managing their work orders. Assign tasks to workers, coordinate them, and ensure completion of work. Provide a wide variety of administrative assistance to managers.
