We are seeking an Escape Room Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing stellar customer service, via phone and in person, hosting our customers unforgettable Escape room adventure, resetting the room and preparing for other customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the rooms, merchandise, etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Clean and reset escape room after each adventure hosted
- memorization and attention to detail are used regularly and needed to attend to rooms
- clean and maintain rooms and storefronts appearance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
