The Work Injury Network for Rapid Recovery (WIN Rapid Recovery) is looking for licensed clinical psychologists (PsyD or PhD) or licensed clinical counselors (LPC, CMHC, LCSW) to join our clinical team as an independent contractor in a fully remote position. WIN Rapid Recovery offers flexible hours and competitive pay.
*An example of compensation based upon 5 hours/week. Hours may vary.
Psychologists with PsyPact credentials and those who are Bilingual in English/Spanish are preferred.
WIN Rapid Recovery
Who We Are and What We Do
WIN Rapid Recovery (formerly known as Sababa Health Group) is a Joint Commission accredited Tele-Behavioral Health program that combines physical and psychological assessments, self-reported by the patient, with a structured behavioral program that includes therapy, skills building and coaching. We work primarily with injured workers in the workers' compensation system who might benefit from additional support on their recovery journey. Our program improves coping skills in a defined period of time measured by demonstrable physical gains. Our integrated, biopsychosocial treatment approach accelerates Injured Worker functional improvement in 12 sessions or less and enhances patient outcomes.

Opportunity at a Glance
This position will start with a light caseload, making it an ideal supplement to an existing practice for a therapist wanting to break into the dynamic and expanding field of tele-health.
• Paid training including weekly treatment team collaboration and supervision
• Work from anywhere and set your own schedule using our tele-health platform as an Independent Contractor (1099) - all work is remote
• Access to proven, easy to deliver, CBT program materials
Expectations
• Provide assessments and client-centered treatment with our exclusive program
• Serve a diverse population from your own home/office via WIN Rapid Recovery's tele-health platform
• Communicate client progress and barriers with the referral sources regularly
• Follow all local, state and federal agency rules designed and guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Schedule appointments with clients provided to by WIN Rapid Recovery
Qualifications
• Bilingual Spanish/English and PsyPact strongly preferred
• Active, full licensure in good standing
• 2+ years post-licensure experience in clinical practice, preference given to those with experience in Workers' Compensation and/or CBT
• Being comfortable implementing the program with your patient as the program is designed
• Being able to take basic skills and make them emotionally meaningful to the client
• Schedule appointments with clients provided to you by WIN Rapid Recovery
• Sound technology skills and comfort interacting via video/tele-health
Compensation
Base rate is $70 for graduate level clinicians and $100 for doctorate level. Add-ons are available for additional licenses in other states, PsyPact certification, and bi-lingual English/Spanish speakers.
