Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a patient-centered nursing strategy that aligns with our organization's mission and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing and healthcare.
Requirements
  • Valid license to practice professional nursing in the state of Indiana.
  • BS in Nursing from a CCNE-accredited nursing program required; MSN or related advanced nursing degree strongly preferred.
  • Three or more years of management experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
