As an essential member of our care team, you’ll deliver compassionate, personalized care to our patients. From facilitating patient visits to performing clinical procedures, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to help build something special, and your contribution will be critical in shaping our success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Patient Care: Greet patients warmly, assist with exams, procedures, and vital signs, and ensure our patients feel valued and cared for.
  • Administrative Support: Help manage appointments, answer patient inquiries, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Clinical Duties: Perform phlebotomy, medication administration, and assist with diagnostic tests like EKGs and vision screenings.
  • Office Prep & Maintenance: Ensure exam rooms are ready and stocked, sterilize equipment, and maintain compliance with CLIA and OSHA regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinic Manager and leadership team to improve processes and enhance patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant Certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Certification: CPR and certification with relevant medical organizations within 12 months of hire.
  • Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to building something great.
