Duties:
  • We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture.
  • In this role you will leverage our onboarding tool and configurations to proactively help our customers across our products at multiple digital touch points.
  • You will also design, develop and configure for integrations with other platforms through agile development and coordinated releases.
  • In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate requirement gathering for onboarding experiences by collaborating with Product Managers, analysts and engineers.
  • Collaborate with the platform Product Manager for prioritization.
  • Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives.
  • Share experience onboarding requirements with other downstream platform teams and drive delivery by following the agile development process.
Required Skills :
  • Solid knowledge and hands on JSON and YAML configuration.
  • Experience with Java using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time.
  • A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver quality, innovative experiences quickly.
  • BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
