John Moore is looking to hire a Bilingual, EXPERIENCED dispatcher for IMMEDIATE hire

 

The primary responsibilities of the Dispatcher is to take calls and organize the daily dispatch of Sales/Service technicians and comfort specialists for the company, working to achieve a fuel and time efficient route.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in dispatching/coordinating in Residential plumbing, electrical, Pest Control, Renovations or HVAC industries.

.Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Renovations  or Electrical industry
• 3 years minimum of dispatch experience
• Positive attitude
• Professional phone demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Professional appearance
• Demonstrate the ability to follow operational procedures
• Strong customer service orientation
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Excellent written communication
• An ability to function well as part of a team
• Diligent attention to detail
• Ability to type 50+WPM
• Ability to learn new software
