  • Worksite Location: Zion, IL
  • Contract Duration: 3 months contract-to-hire
  • Hourly Rate: $25-27/hr W2

What you will do as the Donor & Collection Experience Specialist:

  • Work with the donor center and designated apheresis center/collection center staff to deliver the optimal donor experience
  • Meet or exceed transplant center and patient expectations and needs for on-time delivery
  • Coordinate donor collection tasks as applicable throughout the workup and collection process including scheduling, collection day activities, and follow-up as needed
  • Create and contribute to an exceptional donor experience that celebrates each donor and provides them with memorable moments to remember the day as one of the best days of their lives
