Available Shift

  • Monday-Friday 7am-4pm $18 hourly pay rate

Executive Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs
  • Answer Phones
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Plan work-related travel details
  • Greet Clients/Receive visitors
  • Coordinate hotel and rental car reservations for Visitors
  • Ordering box lunches for lunch meetings
  • Maintain and order supplies and snacks

Executive Receptionist ​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of Professionalism. This role will interact with key clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outgoing, friendly demeanor
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
