Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our upscale hotel team located near The Battery and Cumberland Mall in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will live in the local area and have reliable transportation. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Room Cleaning: Efficiently clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces as well as any other tasks assigned.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Transportation: Must have vehicle 
  • Location: Must reside in the local area near The Battery and Cumberland Mall.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends - REQUIRED
