JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Install Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating the installations of Boplan products through 3rd party installers, ensuring installations are on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction, and this nationwide.

The Install Coordinator will work closely with internal departments and external installation partners to ensure a smooth installation process from start to finish. Success in this role will entail ensuring that all installations are at margin and professionally managed. This in turn will result in both satisfied customers as well motivated installation partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage anywhere between 20 and 50 installs at any given time, and this with some of the largest companies in the US.

- Work closely with our sales team, who will provide you with the necessary information to properly prepare and coordinate installations with our customers and our installation partners.

- Utilize project management tools to manage all aspects of installations.

- Partner with our CAD team to ensure that all needed installation drawings are provided ahead of time.

- Receive customer signoffs and supporting documents for each project (forms / pictures etc.)

- Manage all aspects of pricing, awarding contracts, and communication with our network of external installers and subcontractors.

- Find the preferred communication method for each customer and always use professional and empathetic communication when sharing timelines, updates, customer changes, potential issues etc.

- Troubleshoot installation issues and work with the installation team to resolve any problems that may arise. You will occasionally be required to travel to installs to supervise, coordinate, and instruct both installers and customers as to what needs to be done to ensure a successful result. This will require strong trouble shooting, decision making and communication skills.

- Continuously look for ways to improve the installation process and provide feedback to the project management team.

- Maintain our certified installer list by both finding and on-boarding new installers as well as de-qualifying installers based on Boplan’s needs.

- Ensure all installers comply with our installation program T&C and requirements (e.g., certification to safety portals, proper compliance with COI’s, Boplan training needs for certification)

REQUIREMENTS 

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management or a similar role
- 10-30% Travel to customer locations locally and nationally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Very strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, intermediate Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
