Our experienced HVAC Technicians are responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of jobs.

Technicians must be able to perform proper diagnosing, repairs, and maintenance of mechanical, and electrical components for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Communication, customer issue resolution, and customer service skills are necessary for this position as you will be communicating directly with customers.

Qualification for HVAC Technician:

  • Minimum 4 years of verifiable HVAC experience as an install/service/repair level technician
  • Ability to complete service/repair jobs in a timely manner while maintaining quality
  • Ability to install coils and compressors
  • Ability to lead ductless, split and package system installations and to complete proper startup procedures.
  • Valid drivers license and clean 39 month driving record ( some exceptions )
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Test
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check
  • Customer issue resolution and customer service skills
  • Must have all standard hvac hand tools to perform service and repairs of HVAC systems
