Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Williamstown, KY. This is a direct-hire position on the 1st shift. Good benefits and a reputable company.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to electrical and mechanical machines within the manufacturing facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing electrical and mechanical equipment to maintain production requirements
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical motors
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Recommend equipment and process improvements
  • Complete work orders in a timely fashion

Experience Needed:

  • Recent graduates with strong mechanical skills and good work ethic will be considered
  • Good skill-sets in industrial electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Knowledgeable of basic electrical systems, mechanical systems and pneumatics
  • Know how to stick weld
