This is a unique opportunity to join our well-established and growing company as a Franchise Development & Sales Representative. We are looking for a driven individual seeking a rewarding career with high growth potential. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our franchise network, engaging with prospective franchisees, and contributing to our ongoing success. As one of the initial points of contact, you will be a key member of our sales team, initiating the sales process with potential franchisees. Responsibilities:

  • Contact and qualify new lead opportunities for our Franchise Development Department.
  • Generate interest in potential candidates to initiate the sales process.
  • Review marketing materials, advertisements, and analytics.
  • Travel and exhibit at several trade shows throughout the year.
  • Total compensation range w/ salary, commission and bonus: 60k - 85k

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of tele-sales, telemarketing, and/or direct sales experience.
  • Prior franchise development experience.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
