CONTRACT TO HIRE with WEEKLY PAY

Basic applicant expectations:

· Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation

· Pass a national background check and 10-panel drug test

· Basic phone and computer skills

· Supportive personality and strong customer service skills

Administrative Assistant (reports to location Lead/ Administrative Coordinator)

a. Make a positive first impression on clients and/ or referral sources in person or by

answering the phones quickly and pleasantly

b. Thoroughly record information on EMR for referrals/ schedules/ insurance issues

c. Ensure prompt collection and recording of copays when clients arrive (or daily if virtual)

d. Assist with daily eligibility

e. Assist with intake process

f. Complete other administrative tasks assigned by the business manager and owner

g. Assist counselors with scheduling their clients

Additional info for Billing Assistant trainees (Reports to Billing Coordinator)

a. Prepare claims accurately & in accordance with timely filing guidelines on a daily basis

using current billing guidelines.

b. Assist with maintaining insurance/ patient accounts at a level of 60 days aging or less

c. Assist with resolving insurance/ billing problems promptly to meet timely filing

deadlines

d. Assist with filing secondary/ other types of insurance accurately
