Job Title:  Order Entry / Customer Account Specialist

Location: Proximity to Syosset, NY

Salary: Commensurate with experience + benefits

Status: Direct hire, FT, On-Site

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team with processing orders, customer inquiries and necessary follow ups
  • Assist with researching transactions and providing supporting documents when required
  • Assist with processing invoices daily
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Answer and screen inbound telephone calls
  • Provide order coordination support and ensure all orders are delivered

 

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must have order entry and billing experience
  • Strong Communication skills with both customers and internal sales team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and always remain professional
