Job DescriptionJob Description

This is a full time on-site role, for a legal assistant/paralegal position, focused on estate plan and real estate cases for our law group. The role includes tasks such as legal document preparation, administrative assistance, communication with clients and staff members, and other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, quick learner (an understanding of estate plan and real estate documents) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and provide administrative support to attorneys
  • Experience in legal document preparation a plus, but not required
  • Paralegal studies or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a bonus
