Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in steel construction project management, with the ability to oversee all phases of the construction process from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role may require significant travel depending on the projects you are managing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage steel construction projects from conception through to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Mentor and guide and manage project managers and project teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the steel construction industry.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of steel construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
