What You’ll Do:

The Career Field Management Strategist will support A4L Leadership in promoting the career development of base-level personnel across the world. A4L Leadership includes Air Force Leaders (General and SES-level) and Career Field Managers of the Logistics divisions. The purpose of this support is to connect the Headquarters with base-level personnel by building relationships with key stakeholders, strategizing solutions, and measuring progress. These efforts are expected to include virtual conferences, strategic communication, and creation and marketing of trainings, resources, and tools to develop the Logistics workforce.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years' experience
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and foster client relationships
  • Ability to organize and digest complex technical processes to help determine how said processes impact larger strategy
  • Strong relationship cultivation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • Background or degree in Human Resources preferred
  • Air Force Logistics background preferred

Location Requirements

  • The position will primarily work a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.
