We are looking for a creative and skilled TikTok Shop Manager to join our team. The TikTok Shop Manager will lead the TikTok Shop social media strategy for Just Ingredients and be responsible for executing and reporting on the brand’s TikTok Shop presence. This work will reinforce Just Ingredients’ larger brand strategy and will be a collaborative effort with our social content creation team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure resonance with our target customer. The TikTok Shop Manager will coordinate the day-to-day flow and moderation of campaigns and product listings across our TikTok Shop channel, participate in the social campaign creation process, and dynamically react to changes within the social media space to meet traffic, engagement, conversion, revenue, and other brand goals. The TikTok Shop Manager will work closely with our Partnership Director, social media content team, brand creative team, and digital marketing team to assure an aligned and impactful social media presence for Just Ingredients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shop Management
  •  Keep product listings up to date and in compliance with TikTok regulations rules
  •  Manage incoming messages from customers and creators
  •  Make sure orders ship in a timely manner and coordinate with the warehouse on any shipping logistics
  •  Dispute any shop violations
  •  Manage partnership with TikTok corporate team
  •  Develop shop strategy to increase revenue, exposure, and reach
  •  Stay up to date with current trends and updates on TikTok Shop

Affiliate Creator Management
  •  Reach out to potential creators and provide them any needed information for partnership
  •  Develop TikTok Shop creator strategy
  •  Stay up to date on current trends and updates from TikTok Creators
  •  Manage creator campaigns run through TikTok Shop
  • Maintain positive relationships with TikTok Shop Creators & keep them informed on any new products, sales, and campaigns
  •  Manage and source paid partnership opportunities through TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop Live Management
  •  Participate on TikTok Live either on camera or as moderator
  •  Plan TikTok Shop Live budgets with product giveaways and sale pricings
  •  Manage all flash sales, product cards, and behind the scenes live management
  •  Ability to speak professionally on camera, while staying dynamic and engaging
  •  Stay educated on products and common customer questions to address on Lives


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong (proven) social media skills, including at least two (2) years’ experience in a social media-based role; essential understanding of brand communications / public relations.
  • TikTok Shop or Amazon Seller Central experience is a must.
  • Experience with the TikTok platform and algorithms, with a strong understanding of the marketing side of social media marketing.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with an array of cross functional colleagues and teams.
  • Experienced planner and manager of campaigns in sync with larger company calendars and timelines.
  • Passionate about health and wellness
  • Outgoing & confident presence on screen, in front of audiences, and in larger groups of coworkers
  • Can understand and interpret social media analytics.
  • Has budget management experience.
  • A proven track record of success managing a TikTok Shop channel is a plus.
  • The position involves working outside normal office hours from time to time to coordinate live content.
  • A natural self starter who is willing to jump in to create strategy and direction with a new channel.
