As the Social Media Specialist, you will establish Ice Castles online presence and brand value through the use of videos, photos, infographics on social media platforms. The Key Result Areas (KRAs) are increased engagement and better conversion to purchase Ice Castles tickets.  


The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Social Media Strategy:  Oversee the execution of the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for Ice Castles and Sculptured Sand.  Sculptured Sand is a summer event that happens at our New Hampshire property.
  • Platform Management: Oversee daily management of social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and high-quality content, including images, videos, stories, and other multimedia formats.
  • Digital Content:  Procure and manage digital content from all Ice Castles locations.
  • Influencer relations program: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach. Work in conjunction with the marketing & engagement coordinator to execute the influencer campaigns and monitor performance tracking.
  • Engage with Ice Castles customers and followers. Work in conjunction with the marketing & engagement coordinator to respond to comments and DMs.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize company social pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Ice Castles social content.
  • Track and report organic KPI's through weekly reporting on social campaigns.
  • Monitor YoY page growth for all social channels.  
  • Monitor and stay up to date on social media trends.

 

HOURS: This position is part time year round, with full time hours between November and March.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

Required education, experience, and eligibility qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Social Media marketing experience.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Canva to create videos and digital graphics.
  • Basic graphic design/video editing skills and proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Canva)
  • Must be able to work remotely with a flexible schedule, including weekends during the peak season.  


Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Content marketer with experience writing copy for organic social media campaigns including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Proven track record of increased customer engagement.
  • Proven excellent data analytical skills. A problem-solver, able to analyze large amounts of data and produce actionable insight.
  • Independent self-starter; highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; enthusiastic, positive, and detail-oriented.

 

PAY: $26-28 per hour
