Job Description:

Create Request for Quote and send to potential contract manufacturers to bid on:

·       Analyze bids.

·       Send follow-ups on outstanding RFQ.

·       Send NDA to potential new contract manufacturers.

·       Assist in setting up new contract manufacturers in the system.

·       Proofread and assist in follow-ups on Contracts and Agreements.

·       Assist onboarding and offboarding contract manufacturers.

·       Provide updates to internal stakeholders on status of projects.

 

Background experience:

·       1 – 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement or Contract manufacturing.

·       Has basic knowledge of Contracts/Agreements.

·       Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Teams and SAP.

·       Project Management experience is helpful.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
