Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Staffing Consultant to represent Express to our client companies across Ventura County. The Staffing Consultant role is a mix of Inside Sales & Recruiter, this person will be responsible for working at a super-fast pace to fill open job orders and sell to other potential companies. We are looking for someone that is driven and wants to grow with the team. Someone who LOVES helping people, who loves to win and has the grit and perseverance to make it through adversity. We are looking for people who are fiercely loyal to their team and will stop at nothing to achieve goals together. The team puts a lot of value in activity. You must be comfortable making outbound phone calls every day, interviewing new candidates for our database and servicing companies with award-winning, world-class customer service.
