Job Title: Mobile Patrol Unarmed Security Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Mobile Patrol Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any unauthorized activities or security breaches.
- Monitor and respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential criminal activity and provide a sense of security to clients and visitors.
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports, including any observations, actions taken, and equipment malfunctions.
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and employees with directions, inquiries, and general information.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state-issued unarmed security officer license.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with security-related technology is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
