Marketing and Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to engage potential customers and drive sales conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with customized marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to continuously enhance our marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and make informed marketing decisions.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- $17 - $22 hourly pay, paid weekly
At True Vision Enterprises, we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to earn an on-target income ranging from $850 to $1400 per week, based on your performance and sales achievements. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive commission structure and bonus incentives.
