R&E Maintenance Manager

Join the R&E family as we expand our production operations in Detroit. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for the day-to-day upkeep of our Stamping Facility. This position will manage the maintenance of all equipment and facilities. Candidates must be comfortable and safe while working from heights and in confined spaces.

Position Requirements

  • Manage a team of personnel in preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance work order assignments and completion
  • Expertise in troubleshooting industrial controls
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Electrical aptitude

Preferred Experience

  • CMMS software experience
  • Stamping Press/Overhead Crane/Forklift experience in operation, maintenance and repair
  • Press control systems (Press Commander, SLC500, FlexLogix, ControlLogix)
  • PLC programming experience
  • High voltage (480VAC) to low voltage (24VDC)
  • Induction motor troubleshooting
  • Robotics (Fanuc)
  • Information Technology support
  • Air compressors (preventative maintenance and service)
