Your duties

You will become an Estimator, reporting to the Sr Estimator for our Corporate Operations Department in Waco. As preparation and training, you will learn every function within our Central Operations Department, after which you will be trained in the detail of the Estimator role.

You will be taught how to do the following:

  • Review and interpret bid documents, plans, elevations and specifications
  • Quantify and qualify all materials and labor for precision and accuracy in the bid proposal to the customer
  • Prepare shop drawings for certain contracted projects
  • Monitor and track price and quantity changes to contracted work and communicate clearly and promptly to relevant team members
  • Meet customers and clients at their homes or place of business
  • Cross-Train in all areas within our Central Operations Team

You will be proficient in math, measuring, spatial orientation, logic, and computer skills.
