Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

The On-site Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company and for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Key responsibilities include:

 

Responsibilities:

  • As a On-site Coordinator you will facilitate the recruitment and selection process for temporary employees, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Assist with screening resumes and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Maintain written documentation on specific policies and procedures.
  • Prepare various reports as requested.
  • Source candidates through job boards and other channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • The on-site coordinator will assist with new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of on-site temporary employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client companies and temporary employees.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise on-site.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and other relevant data.
  • Conduct regular site visits to client locations to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with data entry and calendar management
  • Proven experience as an On-site Coordinator, Recruiter or similar role.
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
