Electrical Assemblers

Electrical Assembler that will assemble, modify, rework, and repair electronic for mechanical assembly of heavy equipment components. You’ll perform intricate placement and alignment, wire bonding and hand soldering working with large cables. You’ll read and understand electrical drawings and have comprehensive knowledge of electrical.

  • Comprehensive technical skills to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing
  • Performs routine assembly operations on electronic components with high quality
  • Comprehension and accurate execution of quality assurance methods and procedures

Key Performance Deliverables:

  • Assembling or modifying electrical or electronic equipment, such as Frequency Converters, Motor Generators, DC Power Supplies, Distribution panels, Remote Stations, Electrical panels, etc
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
  • Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, or wiring, using electric terminals, bolts, or soldering
  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly
  • Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, side cutter and soldering iron to perform work.
  • Distinguishes colors for color-coding purposes. Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small parts
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to make improvements as necessary

Requirements:

Education/Experience

H.S. Diploma or GED

2+ years of electric assembly experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am – 3:30pm)

$18.00-$20.00 DOE
