We are looking for a passionate and experienced Intake Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our continued growth and success.

Job Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive Intake Manager to oversee the intake process for new clients at The Ledger Law Firm. The Intake Manager will be responsible for managing a team of intake specialists, ensuring efficient and effective client onboarding, and maintaining excellent client relations. This role is critical in ensuring that potential clients receive the best possible first impression of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the intake department.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of intake specialists to ensure high performance and adherence to firm protocols.
  • Develop and implement intake processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze intake data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to all potential client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to align intake strategies with overall firm goals.
  • Handle complex or escalated client issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on intake activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the intake process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment, with a focus on client intake or client services.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and legal intake software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
