We are looking for a Sales Rockstar to join our team and contribute to our exceptional sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the realm of Managed IT and Managed Security Services. What you'll be doing...
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets for Managed IT and Managed Security Services.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and position our services as the solution.
- Provide expert advice and consultancy to prospective clients on technology solutions, ensuring they are aligned with their strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with the EMPIST marketing team on leads.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Nurture leads provided by SDR team.
- Conduct thorough consultations and needs assessments to tailor solutions that align with clients' objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
What we're looking for...
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technology consulting, solutions architecture, or similar role within the managed services or IT industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs and provide tailored technology solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
