Our Senior Project Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team. As the key player in driving project success, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results on multiple projects, contributing to company-wide initiatives, and developing your colleagues. You'll be accountable for project financial results, client satisfaction, and safety.

Responsibilities

* Contribute to pre-construction processes and oversee job transition and start-up processes
* Manage project costs, schedules, and cash flow
* Direct and oversee staff to ensure successful project delivery
* Foster strong client relationships and generate technical records
* Develop and implement project plans and achieve results
* Ensure project safety and risk management processes are in place
* Participate in training and certifications

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
* 12 years of construction experience or 16 years of construction-related experience
* 8 years of experience as a Project Manager
