As an Outreach Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's mission and expanding our reach within the community. This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

Responsibilities:

-Some days in office for office assistance answering the phone and scheduling appointments. Other days will be in the field performing outreach duties.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with target populations
- Coordinate and lead community events, workshops, and presentations
- Manage social media platforms to increase awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with addiction counselors to provide support and resources to individuals in need:
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts
- Assist in the development of new programs and initiatives
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and preparing reports
- Manage and coordinate volunteers involved in outreach activities

Skills:
- Strong social media management skills to effectively engage with target audiences
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and techniques
- Understanding of public health issues related to addiction and mental health
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent project management skills to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Strong administrative skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Experience in program development is a plus
