Job DescriptionJob Description

Our company is seeking to employ a construction laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the organization and sanitation of the construction site, operating and upkeep of various machinery, loading and unloading heavy materials, and complying with instructions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To excel in this role, you should possess physical dexterity, dependability, a diligent work ethic, and willingness to learn from on-the-job training.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to:

  • Load and unload construction materials
  • Perform site clean-up
  • Prepare and maintain construction sites by eliminating obstacles and hazards
  • Assist craftsmen with equipment and tools
  • Fabricate and disassemble temporary structures, such as scaffolding
  • Set up and maintain construction equipment and machinery
  • Occasionally assemble and install products
  • Remove, fill, or compact earth
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Construction Laborer Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in all weather.
  • Workers must be punctual and reliable.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
