What you will do:
• Coordinate daily deliveries by effectively scheduling drivers and helpers in the assigned areas
• Ensure adherence to and education of Beacon's safety policies for staff
• Deliver superior service to both internal and external customers
• Follow-up promptly with customers to ensure overall satisfaction
• Manage Material Transfers between regional branches
• Record accurate mileage in RTA for all assigned district vehicles and upkeep GPS Data
• Adhere to union contracts, OSHA, and DOT regulations consistently
• Keep an accurate delivery logbook, reviewed weekly
• Ensure availability of safe and reliable vehicles and forklifts for operations
• Serve as a liaison between the warehouse contact at the branch, the sales team and the customers during deliveries
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure daily compliance, validate issues, identify resolutions, and coordinate resources

What you will bring:
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication, including customer relations
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements
• Familiarity with local areas for optimized deliveries
• Computer proficiency
• Required CDL driver experience; dispatching background a plus
• Preferred experience in the building products industry
• Bi-lingual skills advantageous
