Seeking a reliable, independent rockstar to support our clients, financial advisor, offsite staff, and manage the office.

Key Traits:

The ideal candidate will be professional and poised, value honesty and integrity. Must possess exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Punctuality and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment are required. We seek someone with strong leadership and project management skills who takes pride in owning their work with excellent follow through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client trades under the direction of advisor.

  • Execute trades on the following platforms: NetX360, Envestnet, DST Vision, various mutual fund and annuity websites.

  • Conduct and track client account transfers, rollovers, distributions.

  • Prepare reallocation of new client portfolios.

  • Prepare and process paperwork needed for new client accounts and servicing.

  • Build up and monitor cash in accounts for distributions/withdrawals or management fees.

  • Perform, enhance, and monitor workflows required to service clients.

  • Monitor and maintain databases including Redtail and Unio.

  • Prepare upcoming appointment packets and post-appointment follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate record keeping and assist with FCC and Finra insurance audits.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, offer hospitality to anyone in the office.

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and reception duties, including phone calls and emails.

Key Experience/Skills:

  • 2 years minimum experience in the financial services industry with CRM software.

  • Experience with trading platforms such as NetX360, Envestnet, and DST Vision.

  • Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Ability to self-manage, take ownership and follow through on given tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proactive and foresighted.

  • Friendly disposition, professional and positive attitude.

  • Fingerprint and background check required; ability to adhere to compliance rules and regulations.
