Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our direct fundraising team to plan and execute high-impact fundraising initiatives within the local community and beyond.

  • Contribute to and drive marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand engagement at events.

  • Take part in rigorous leadership training with opportunities to manage events and projects for new clients.

  • Maintain high standards of compliance and protocol as dictated by our company policies.

  • Engage actively in daily strategic meetings, gather insights, and adjust tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Formulate innovative event marketing strategies to maximize community engagement and brand awareness.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field with a track record of exceeding goals in customer-facing roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a robust customer service orientation.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of working independently under tight schedules and deadlines.

  • Growth mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (not mandatory).

  •  Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects effectively.
