We are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer to join our agency in a hybrid role.
This role combines the strategic responsibilities of a producer with the operational oversight of an office manager while achieving significant financial rewards. You will be selling personal lines auto and homeowners’ insurance from multiple reputable companies, with comprehensive support including technology and marketing resources.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales of personal lines auto and homeowners’ insurance policies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and manage a portfolio of clients through networking and relationship-building.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance agents as the agency grows.
Represent the agency at networking events, community activities, and industry gatherings.
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements:
Must have a valid State of Florida 2-20 Producer Personal Lines License
• Proven experience in property and casualty insurance sales, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Organizational skills to manage office operations efficiently.
