Job Description:

As a Retail Production Manager at Thrift World, you will be responsible for leading a team of production associates to ensure that our store is always stocked with high-quality, on-trend merchandise. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing production strategies to maximize efficiency
  • Overseeing the entire production process from start to finish
  • Training and coaching production associates to meet performance goals
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes
Qualifications:

To be successful as a Retail Production Manager at Thrift World, you should have:

  • Previous experience in retail production management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs
  • A passion for sustainable fashion and thrift shopping
