Our client, a leader in the Hospitality industry is looking for an HVAC Technician to join their team.

The role of the HVAC Technician is to ensure that facilities are maintained and repaired quickly and efficiently, limiting operational down time due to equipment malfunction or failure at the restaurant level. Equipment includes HVAC, Exhausters, Electrical, and all kitchen equipment. The HVAC Technician should be a thorough minded individual with an attention to detail balancing expenses with good judgement to make repairs and ensure maintenance of buildings, machinery, and equipment.

Responsibilities

· Maintain and repair HVAC/ refrigeration & Cooking Equipment systems.

· Execute Preventative Maintenance program; including audits and reporting.

· Implement, execute and monitor restaurant maintenance and repair programs.

· Perform maintenance, repairs and complete purchases cost effectively and in accordance with company guidelines.

· Maintain and submit “Maintenance/Repair Log”; including tracking and invoicing of service calls and critical issues.

· Provide regular reporting indicating trends, potential issues, proposed solutions, equipment abuse/misuse, etc.

· Maximize budget spend through quantity discounts and tracking and monitoring warranties.

· Review approve and process invoices promptly.

· Maintain company equipment, tools and property in a safe and secure fashion.
