We are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and hardworking Construction Crew Lead or Superintendent that has at least 3 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling. This job is physically demanding and you must be able to pick up heavy materials and equipment. The Crew Lead will be expected to supervise other crew members while completing more complex tasks that require experience and skill.

Also seeking skilled craftsmen in other specific trades to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and directing other workers on the job sites, reporting needed materials each day to the supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform skilled labor tasks such as carpentry, tiling, framing, and minor plumbing/electrical.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and policies.
  • Use of hand tools, table saws, and other equipment is a MUST.
  • Assist in the installation of building materials such as drywall, siding, windows, doors, setting bathtubs, and flooring.
  • Manage job sites to ensure organization, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Follow instructions from Managers and Owners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
